Dyllan and Megan

[Verse 1]
Some love begins with fireworks,
some love begins with grace,
one swipe in May, a playful form
to be his wedding date,
she filled it out, she got the job,
and hope found its place.

[Chorus]
Dyllan and Megan, here's to forever,
faith like the tide, hope like the sun,
a love that chooses every morning,
two hearts devoted, now made one.
Raise up a glass, the waiting's over,
the best is only just begun.

[Verse 2]
He walked into the Square Grouper
alone the night before,
their tee time booked at PGA,
the nerves drifted out from shore.
That August, where it all began,
he said "I love you" first.

[Chorus]
Dyllan and Megan, here's to forever,
faith like the tide, hope like the sun,
a love that chooses every morning,
two hearts devoted, now made one.
Raise up a glass, the waiting's over,
the best is only just begun.

[Bridge]
We watched this story grow,
we prayed for this one day,
for someone who would hold your hand
and never walk away.

[Verse 3]
Wednesday nights were sacred,
the whole world had to wait,
you've talked through every single day
since that very first date.
She traded green for Dolphins teal,
she's got her season seat,
October twenty-fourth, the Keys,
Islamorada sand beneath your feet.

[Chorus]
Dyllan and Megan, here's to forever,
faith like the tide, hope like the sun,
a love that chooses every morning,
two hearts devoted, now made one.
Raise up a glass, the waiting's over,
your forever has begun.

[Outro]
So here's to faith, and here's to hope,
and love that's yours to keep,
we love you more than words can say,
Love, Aunt Tricia and Mom.
